    • Absolutely! I feel really challenged by this book. When I have a half hour to spare I often think it’s not worth starting anything and then end up killing time rather than making good use of the half hour.

    • It is in a way but more so about making use of those smaller chunks of time that one would otherwise not use productively because it’s „just a half hour to kill“…
